J. Kristen Gardiner Esq.

Kristen is the principal of Gardiner Law, PLLC in Gilford, New Hampshire where she focuses her practice in estate planning, probate administration, real estate, and business representation. 

Kristen was admitted to the New Hampshire bar and moved to the Lakes Region in 2005.  Prior to returning to her native New Hampshire, she practiced law in Oregon and Rhode Island for many years. 

Over her career, she has assisted clients in many areas of the law, including real estate, wills, trusts, probate, business, family, personal injury, bankruptcy, and contracts.  In addition to practicing law, Kristen was a licensed real estate agent in Hawaii and a licensed real estate broker in Rhode Island.  She has worked for a large national commercial real estate firm and has acted as a Buyer's agent assisting clients in purchasing residential real estate. This rich and varied experience allows Kristen to provide pertinent and timely advice to her clients in the areas of estate planning, probate administration, and real estate. 

Kristen is a member of NAELA, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Trust and Estate and Real Property Sections of the New Hampshire Bar Association.
